What weekend! It feels amazing to go undefeated and more importantly, I’ve erased the almost 10 unit deficit from the first few weeks of the primer. Next stop, the fucking moon!
I’ll admit, this is a cocky card. There are five plays on the card again, three of them involve a team winning, and even a clean sheet bet.
In other news, I’m retiring the fade picks and the fade record. I’m up over 10u since introducing it so I’m not dedicating any more time to shaming the people who fade me.
Ulsan Hyundai vs Incheon United – Saturday July 4 5:00AM EDT
Incheon are hot garbage. They’ve scored three goals all season and after nine matches have accumulated merely two points. This is the perfect bounce back game for Ulsan after their defeat to league leaders, Jeonbuk. Ulsan has conceded the second fewest goals in the league going up against a team that has scored the fewest goals all season. Ulsan to keep a clean sheet is a STEAL at -105.
Suwon Samsung Bluewings vs FC Seoul – Saturday July 4 7:00AM EDT
Admittedly, I like Suwon to win this one however I think both these teams know they’re best chance to win is in a low scoring game. They’ve only allowed one goal against teams on the bottom half of the table and Seoul has only scored twice in their last five matches. This feels like a match with one goal in it.We’re going to ride u2,2.5.
Gwangju FC vs Daegu FC – Sunday July 5 6:00AM EDT
I’m riding the Daegu FC train until the wheels fall off. Gwangju are currently in 7th place thanks to wins against the three worst teams in the league. They’ve only been able to find one single point in their other six matches. Meanwhile Daegu have scored in 7/9 matches, have only lost once, and are on six match unbeaten streak. The train keeps rolling against the frauds from Gwangju. Daegu -0.5 and -1.
Pohang Steelers vs Seongnam FC – Sunday July 5 6:00AM EDT
I haven’t bet on many Seongnam matches all season because I haven’t been quite sure what to make of them. However these are two teams on opposite trajectories. Seongnam is on a five match winless streak in which they’ve only scored twice while won four of their last six, the two losses coming to Ulsan and Jeonbuk. I think Pohang takes care of business here. Interestingly enough, each one of Pohang’s five wins has come by two or more goals so we’re playing Pohang -1.
