Tuesday’s are becoming my favorite gambling day of the week. Last Tuesday’s Champions League Big Board was a complete heater, and I’m looking for the same thing today.
Unfortunately the first two 12:55 games aren’t that exciting individually, but parlayed together it’s really nice. Salzburg are pretty sizeable favorites despite being at the bottom of Group A, but have a good chance of getting their first win in group play against Lokomotiv. I’ll be parlaying Salzburg and Real Madrid, who play Shakhtar Donetsk, for the BBCP #1 at +110.
Moving onto the 3 o’clock games, we have some good ones. Game of the day is Bayern/Atletico Madrid. Bayern are without Manuel Neuer and Lewandowski, so first time in a long time they are underdogs at +260. I still think Bayern are good enough to get something out of this, so I’ll make this my Draw of the Day at +275.
Ajax are without Daley Blind, and Liverpool are without James Milner in addition to their lengthy injury list. Last time these two played it was a 1-0 Liverpool win, but I expect more goals in this one. On the over of 3.5 goals at -140. Also on another over in ‘Gladbach/Inter Milan of 3 goals at -125. Milan looked like trash against Real Madrid last week so I don’t think that’ll happen again, and ‘Gladbach can always put the ball in the back of the net.
BBCP #2 is what I’m most confident in. Man City take on Porto who are sneaky good, but still don’t have enough to hang with a City squad that is much better in Champions League play than EPL competition. Atalanta are playing arguably the worst team left in the competition, so they are a lock as well. Atalanta/Man City ML in the BBCP #2 at -110.
Bonus MLS Cup pick: Seattle is an absolute wagon, and FC Dallas should’ve lost in the first round to Portland. On the Sounders at -1.5 at +160 and the over of 2.5 goals at -140.
Big day of footy today, big day of footy tomorrow, and big days of Big Boards are in the December air. To all the BB ryders out there, I love you, and let’s ride. As always, kick it easy lads.
