Folks do we have a treat for you this week. Ahead of his return to the octagon this weekend at UFC 270 against Contender Series alum Gennaro Valdez, The SteamRolla Matt Frevola joins us for a fun one. We discussed the experience of taking on the role of a veteran in the gym, the good and bad from 2021, and the plan for 2022 and beyond. As always, we’re beyond grateful for Matt’s time as he gears up to take care of business in Anaheim on Saturday.

After a great conversation with Matt, we were lucky enough to be joined by not just another guest, but another Frevola at that! You may recognize The CheeseRolla from Rough n Rowdy, where he scored a knockout victory with Matt and Billy Quarantillo in his corner. Cheezie joins us to breakdown Matt’s fight and the rest of the card for 270, and we gave out no shortage of juicy juicy winners to satiate all the sickos out there.
